Matthieu Tardis is co-director of Synergies migrations. He has been working on asylum and immigration issues since 2005, initially at France terre d'asile, where he was responsible for expertise and advocacy on French and European asylum policies. From 2015 to 2023, he worked as a researcher and then head of the Migration and Citizenship Centre at the French Institute of International Relations (Ifri).
