It is clear that women are still excluded from security negotiations and decisions, yet peace is a social, political and economic construct based on inclusive governance. The IIDHP, UNESCO, France and the CEDAW committee are calling for action. The goal is to create a universal tool, based on clear indicators and AI, to support states and guarantee equality in global leadership.
