Jeanne Emmanuelle HUTIN is a journalist, member of the Board of Directors, editorial research delegate, and Secretary General of the Editorial Committee.

A historian and sociologist by training, Jeanne Emmanuelle HUTIN is a graduate of SIMI (Scandinavian Institute Management International) and attended IHEE in 2003.

She also chairs the Ouest-France Solidarité association.
