Noor Fwaz Hijazi is a Palestinian lawyer and researcher in international law and diplomacy, specializing in human rights, global governance, and multilateral advocacy. She holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the Arab American University and a Bachelor of Laws from An-Najah National University.

Since 2020, Hijazi has been practicing law with a focus on legal research, public and international law analysis, and drafting formal legal memoranda and policy correspondence. She is a member of the Youth Reference Group at the United Nations Youth ONice, where she contributes to international policy consultations on youth participation, public policy, and multilateral cooperation within the United Nations system.

Her work centers on strengthening meaningful youth engagement in decision-making processes, advancing international legal frameworks, and promoting civil peace and social cohesion initiatives, including through her collaboration with the Palestinian Center for Peace and Democracy.
