Ecoality is a program aimed at raising awareness among young people about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), encouraging their mobilization by making them agents of change. The program promotes meetings between young people from Normandy and local authorities, stimulating dialogue and reflection on the intersectionality between the fight against climate change (SDG 13) and gender inequalities (SDG 5).

During this event, two students from each institution presented their projects on the stage of the Fleur room at the Café des Images. These presentations demonstrated a deep understanding of the issues of intersectionality, project implementation, and the themes of the program.

In front of a multidisciplinary panel of experts, the students presented their initiatives, answered questions, and received expert feedback. Among the speakers present were Maxime Cordellier from GIEC Normand, Noémie Moutel, researcher at the University of Caen-Normandie, Fiona Schnell, Director of the International Institute for Human Rights and Peace, and Nadine Tournaille, Deputy Director of the Normandy Agency for Biodiversity and Sustainable Development, who provided their perspectives on the various projects presented.

This event was a true celebration of the commitment of young people from Normandy to equality and a sustainable future.
