Before the opening of the next edition of the Lombois competition, academics are gathering to pay tribute to the professor after whom the competition is named, Claude Lombois, one of the founding fathers of international criminal law as a subject of doctrinal study. On this occasion, they will look back on the work of this author, in the context of the emergence of international criminal justice in the mid-20th century.
